Delivery Terms

At Sallys, we understand the importance of timely and efficient delivery. To ensure that our customers are aware of any associated charges for delivery, these charges are noted on our website.

While we work hard to meet delivery times, please note that these times are an estimate and may be subject to delays.

We will deliver products to the nominated address provided when you finalise your purchase on the website. Any other delivery arrangements need to be agreed upon at the point of order and may carry additional charges.

If you require any special delivery arrangements, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss your requirements. We will work with you to ensure that your delivery is handled in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

Refund Policy

Return of Goods

At Sallys, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns with prior agreement with the seller within 7 working days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned complete with packaging and be in a re-saleable state. Please note that a handling charge will be imposed on all returns. This will normally be 25% of the sell price, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
