Serves 1 • Prep time 10 minutes • Cooling time overnight
You will need
¼ cup (62.5ml) chia seeds
1 cup (250ml) milk of your choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
5ml Canadian Maple Syrup (if you like it sweeter)
50g of Sally’s Granola
Method
Mix ingredients together. Pour into a jar and place in fridge overnight. Next day: cut a fruit of your choice into thin slices and place on bottom and sides of a 350ml glass to line inside. Add 3-4 tablespoons of chia pudding to the 350ml glass. Top it with 50g of your choice of Sally’s Granola.
