You will need
¾ cup (187.5ml) of Sallys Cranberry Trail Mix
½ cup (125ml) honey (local)
2 sprigs rosemary
1 wheel of Camembert (or Brie) cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 180C. Toast Trail Mix in a frying pan until brown. Finely chop the rosemary. Place cheese in the oven for 10 minutes until gooey inside. Add rosemary to Trail Mix and toast a while longer (be careful not to burn the nuts). Turn off the heat and add honey to the toasted Trail Mix. Pour Trail Mix mixture over cheese and serve with your favourite crackers.
